Refund

Thank you for shopping with Key Fob Battery. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to request a refund, here’s our policy:


1. Eligibility

  • You may request a refund within 60 days from the date of purchase.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation e-mail) will be required.


2. Items Not Eligible for Refund

  • Items that show damage due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence.

  • Batteries with broken seals or tampering.

  • Any item returned more than 60 days after purchase.


3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our Customer Support at jj@keylessentryremotefob.com or via the “Contact” form on our website. Please include your order number, product name, and reason for the refund.

  2. Upon verification, we will send you instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Ship the product back in its original condition. Use a trackable shipping method — you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.


4. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider, generally 5-7 business days after approval.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you have not received your refund after we’ve informed you it’s approved, first check with your bank or credit card company.

6. Exchanges

  • We do not generally offer exchanges. Instead, we recommend returning the original item for a refund, then placing a new order for the correct product.

  • If your item arrived defective or damaged, we will gladly assist with a replacement.


7. Shipping Costs

  • Unless we shipped the wrong or defective item, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
